Municipality of South Huron – New Zoning By-law Public Meeting— July 3rd

A zoning by-law is critically important to a community as it describes the permitted uses on private property, including where buildings or structures may be located, the standards for parking requirements, lot size, building height and setbacks.

A public meeting will be held on Tuesday July 3 at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at the South Huron Municipal Building at 332 Main Street South in Exeter.

Municipality of South Huron – Proposed New Zoning By-law — Open House Thursday May 10th

The Municipality of South Huron is improving its development process and is seeking public input on a new draft zoning by-law.

A zoning by-law is critically important to a community as it describes the permitted uses on private property, including where buildings or structures may be located, the standards for parking requirements, lot size, building height and setbacks.

A public information open house explaining the proposed new zoning by-law is planned for May 10th from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Olde Town Hall in Exeter.
