Shoreline Management Information Open Houses: Aug. 11 & 18 Update

More than 200 people attended the 2 public information open houses about shoreline management.  Posters and presentations from the open houses, including proposed draft development guidelines, have been posted, for information and review, on the abca.ca shoreline management plan page.

Updates to the Shoreline Management Plan will provide a consistent and up-to-date guide for development and municipal land use planning along the shoreline, according to the ABCA.

Members of the public are invited to provide written comments on the open house content until September 15, 2018.

The ABCA would like to once again invite you to two public information open houses in August 2018 about progress of the work (2015-2018) to update the current Shoreline Management Plan (2000) for the  shoreline of Ausable Bayfield watersheds:
