Huron County Open Air Burn Ban In Effect

As of August 5th,  there is a full open-air burn ban in effect across Huron County.

This means there can be no open fires anywhere in Oakwood Park. This includes no beach fires.

The Spring Oakwood Park Association Meeting which will take place on the evening of Thursday June 12, 2025 from 7:00pm – 9:00pm ET, with 6:45pm sign-in.

Time and Date:  Saturday May 17th @ 10 am

Meet at the Summit Island Garden

Bring gloves and a dark garbage bag

We will walk the park and pull the invasive weed.  It is very satisfying!!
