Please join us as part of the Oakwood Park Planting and Care Brigade benefiting the natural areas of Oakwood Park by attracting butterflies, hummingbirds, and proving habitat for wildlife.

May 9: Clean up – 9am – Please meet at the Indian and Summit Island.  Volunteers needed for weeding and raking!
May 19: Plant Sale – 10am-2pm at Bud Desjardines (2 Indian Road)

OPAi Golf Social and President’s Cocktail Party: August 12

Please join us for the OPAi Golf Social and President’s Cocktail Party on August 12.

Tee times are 8:30-10:30am. Price is $90 ($60 for Club Members) which includes green fee, cart, breakfast, fruit snack and refreshment on course, and box lunch.

Please contact Tim Westlake to register before August 7.

Marc & Pauline Trudell will be hosting the President’s Cocktail Party at 26 Lakeshore Drive at 6:00 pm. $15 for wine, beer and appetizers.

Please bring along old pictures of Oakwood Park over the years to share!

May 11: Pruning of material, removal of debris, and site clean-up   9am-12pm.
May 18: Bed area edging, bed preparation and large tree planting  9am-12pm.
May 20:Planting island and planting gate at 8:00am.    Plant sale and mulching at 10:30am.
June 1: Weeding  and watering assessment  9am-12pm.
